Ingredients
- 1Kg/35oz baby yellow potatoes
- 2 springs of rosemary
- 60 ml extra virgin olive oil
- j.e. salt & pepper

Directions
We add abundant water until they exceed their level
Put them on the gas and boil them about 15 minutes or until they are almost cooked
Let’s fill the bowl again and put it on the work surface
Peel them trying to keep them whole as much as possible
Now let’s season them with salt, pepper and rosemary and oil
Let’s mix them with our hands, so as not to break them
Let’s put them in a pan without overlapping them
Let them brown in the oven at 200°C/ 390°F for about 40 minutes
Tips
- For a more decisive flavor you can also add minced or powdered garlic to the sauce.
- You can also leave the peel if you like.
