Nonna Claudia, a nice retired chef, was born in Agropoli, a beautiful town in the heart of Cilento. Nonna Claudia was born with the idea of ​​making you relive the history of the traditional Cilento recipes and at the same time offering you some nice reinterpretations of these with original recipes, while still remaining faithful to tradition, but adaptable to all tastes.

My passions

In addition to promoting the traditional Cilento dishes, she owns a small farm, where she grows varieties of vegetables, olive trees, the Dottato fig known as Cilento dried or white fig, citrus fruits, orchards and vineyards, which she then uses for the preparation of her recipes. Excellent quality products and strictly organic and at Km 0. Wife, mother and grandmother has always cultivated a passion for cooking and writing, in fact in addition to being a very good cook of traditional Cilento recipes and also a brilliant poet.
