Nonna Claudia, a nice retired chef, was born in Agropoli, a beautiful town in the heart of Cilento. Since childhood, her greatest passion has been cooking so much that it has turned into a real job in adulthood. He has worked in several restaurants in italy and around the world offering and making known the excellent dishes of the Cilento tradition, seasoning everything with nice anecdotes. Nonna Claudia was born with the idea of ​​making you relive the history of the traditional Cilento recipes and at the same time offering you some nice reinterpretations of these with original recipes, while still remaining faithful to tradition, but adaptable to all tastes.

My passions

In addition to promoting the traditional Cilento dishes, she owns a small farm, where she grows varieties of vegetables, olive trees, the Dottato fig known as Cilento dried or white fig, citrus fruits, orchards and vineyards, which she then uses for the preparation of her recipes. Excellent quality products and strictly organic and at Km 0. Wife, mother and grandmother has always cultivated a passion for cooking and writing, in fact in addition to being a very good cook of traditional Cilento recipes and also a brilliant poet.
